preparation before arriving at the doorstep of pregnancy. The guide will start

Rudraksha Ayurveda Garbhasanskar Plan Mainly consists of
Preconception aspects ( Beej sudhhi )
Before any
growth or progress, a cleansing of the things that do not serve you well must
occur. This is anopportunity
to start new, on a blank slate, so that you can offer your highest self to the
passage of pregnancy and to parenthood. Anger, grief, toxins, emotional heaviness,
and more all have a profound impact on your pregnancy. In fertility cleansing,
there is a specific effort to remove toxins and excess doshas from the
field, the nutrients and fluid, and the seed, which are deeper tissue layers
and therefore require deeper cleansing.
The preconception time offers a golden
opportunity to provide the best of the both of you to your future child.
Ayurvedic preconception care takes advantage of our body’s natural ability to
cleanse and renew. If couples want to get best progeny, Garbh sanskar starts
from before conception. It is called Beej Shuddhi it is done to overcome any
defect in ovum and semen and to purify the body (womb)by panchkarma and
medication. Not only cleaning of body or detoxification of body but it also
include the mental and physical strength of body, to increase mentally and
physically strength Pranayam, Meditation, Special Aahar- Vihar ( changes in
life style), behavior, mantrajaap and positive thinking play very vital role.
The plan of conception should start
three months prior to day of union of husband &wife. Panchakarma therapies
and lifestyle practice are some of most crucial steps that will help couples
ease into stage of conception. If your digestion is impaired then we prescribe
u tailormade herbs to cure yours problems and clear toxins from your body
channels. After detoxification the couple should discontinue the purifying
herbal medicines and should start taking fertility medicines. The
detoxification program balance all three doshas prepares the uterus for healthy
conception. Fertility enhance herbs should follow the detoxification program
because those herbs can be effective in reaching the targeted tissue.
Conception ( Garbhadhan )
The time for conception has finally arrived! It is now all about
timing. Most couples jump into this phase with their eyes fixated on only one
thing—getting pregnant. But do not forget the emotional and spiritual
components. Make intercourse about offering the best of each of you, as if it
is a ceremony. Spiritually, remember that you are just instruments for this
soul to come into the world. Be patient—the soul will come when both you and
the soul are ready. Do your best not to become frustrated, remembering the
impact of stress and anxiety on your fertility.
In Ayurveda, before parents
engage themselves in Maithuna, there are Shlokas to be chanted and parents
should prepare their mindset in order to invite a sacred, pious and virtuous
soul. With this state of mind, parents should engage themselves in the process
of Maithuna (sexual intercourse) in a well-defined and sacred way. The parents
joining the program are well-informed about this Vidhi (procedure).
